Kevin’s Rye Pale Ale

Notes from Kevin-

Simple grain bill of that 10% rye and 5% for color. I’m still learning how to best use hops. Going with an English hop. I was thinking of the East Kent Goldings.  An alternative would have been Cascade.  Following it up with American Ale II yeast.
The color will be on the light side, it can be darkened with a higher caramel coloring.
