Dickie, Charles and I brewed Pilsner on July 11, 2020. It was a hot day.

Grain Bill-  55# of Rahr’s Pilsner malt

Hop Bill- 1# of Saaz

Yeast- SafLager W34/70

Mash Schedule-

▪ Strike 20g 160F

▪ Mash in 20g 148F 120′

▪ Sparge 20g

▪ Boil 90′

▪ Add hops 60′
