23.5# Maris Otter
3# Crystal 60L
3# Flaked Oats
11.5oz Roasted Barley 500L
11.5oz Chocolate 350L
11.5oz Black Patent 500L
8oz Willamette 4.4% AA
Wyeast 1084 – Irish Ale

OG: 1.054
FG: 1.015
ABV: 5%
IBU: 26
SRM: 29
OG: 1.054
FG: 1.016
ABV: 5%
Collected 18g pre-boil.  Expected to boil off 2g, but actually boiled off 3g.  So collected a bit less than expected due to the extra gallon loss during the boil.
Transfered to secondary using two 5g carboys and one 6.5g carboy.
Kegged one of the 5g carboys.
Added two vanilla beans to the second 5g carboy.  Prepped the vanilla beans by cutting the bean long ways and scrapping the beans out into a cup of vodka.  Cut the beans into small sections and added them to the cup of vodka.
Bottled the 5g carboy with the added vanilla beans.
Bottle the 6.5g carboy.
